A: Yes. We bring a high-quality Bose L1 audio system that delivers great, crystal-clear sound, along with compact stage lighting. All we need from the venue is access to a standard power outlet.
Q: How do you handle volume control? We need our guests to be able to talk.
A: Because we are an acoustic act, volume control is one of our strong suits. We can keep the music at a comfortable level during cocktail hours or meals so people can network and talk without shouting.
Q: Can you help with announcements or stick to a specific schedule?
A: Absolutely. We are happy to follow your schedule and use our wireless microphone to make basic announcements (like introducing a speaker or letting guests know dinner is served) to help keep your night moving smoothly.
Q: Do you carry liability insurance?
A: Yes. We regularly secure date-and-venue-specific $1M/$2M commercial liability insurance certificates (COI) for venues that require them. Just let us know what your venue needs when you book.
Q: How do we secure our date, and how does payment work?
A: To officially hold your date, we require a signed performance agreement and a deposit. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event. We accept corporate checks and offer secure PayPal invoicing, which lets your finance department pay easily using a credit card or bank transfer.
